In order to protect our associates and ensure the long term growth and success of EPI International Inc., EPI International Inc. maintains a ZERO tolerance policy towards the sending of spam email.
Spam email is defined as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). In the event that you send spam email to people without their permission, you risk immediate cancellation of your account and forfeiture of all contacts in that account. As a EPI International Inc. associate, you understand that EPI International Inc. neither condones nor tolerates the sending of unsolicited or spam email by its subscribers. You understand and acknowledge that:
WHAT IS SPAM?
Any form of unsolicited advertising through email, newsgroups, IRC posts, and/or instant messaging clients. Any SPAM complaint regarding a EPI International Inc. Associate is cause for immediate termination. This is a very serious matter. DO NOT send email to anyone who has not made a verifiable request for information.
What types of advertising are considered SPAM?
Any non verifiable non opt-in emailing. Bulk emailing (sending an email advertisement to persons listed on an email address lead list). Advertising with bulk email services (companies who will send an email advertisement to persons listed on an email address lead list for you) will be grounds for immediate account termination.
Newsgroup Posting. Posting commercial messages is spam and any complaints from newsgroup moderators about an affiliate will be grounds for immediate account termination
IRC / IM / ICQ Clients Unsolicited messages through any media, including chat rooms and instant messages is considered SPAM.
Pre-approval required for all affiliates using email to promote EPI International Inc. and Xylitol Fresh
You must be on our approved list of affiliates that have and will continue to abide by SC SPAM POLICIES and the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 before you can send any email promoting EPI International Inc. and Xylitol Fresh.
Any Email sent promoting EPI International Inc. or Xylitol Fresh can only have "Softcore" images in the body of the message. No penetration or explicit frontal nudity will be allowed. This does not apply to any hyperlinks to material off the mailer.
We also require all members to download their list of email addresses that have generated a complaint that can be found in the Spam Policy link in the members section of the Xylitol Fresh website and permanently remove them their your database. If we receive a complaint from the same email address as a previous complaint from an email that was sent more than a week after the original complaint was filed, EPI International Inc. has the right to terminate your account. You are solely responsible for mail sent on your behalf.
No false or misleading header information
(A) header information must be technically accurate, which includes an originating email address, domain name, or Internet Protocol address.
(B) the 'from' line must accurately identify the person who initiated the message, and should not be false or misleading; and
(C) header information should not be misleading, it must identify accurately the computer used to initiate the message, no relaying or retransmitting of messages for purpose of disguising its origin.
It is ILLEGAL to forge headers on emails and it is ILLEGAL to neglect to include a valid functional unsubscribe link along with a valid mailing address in any emails sent out. Anyone caught forging headers or not including a valid functional unsubscribe link will be immediately and permanently terminated from EPI International Inc. EPI International Inc. also prohibits all members from including the name or website address in any emails they send out. Members are required to use a redirect link when directing prospects to their landing page.
Opt-out link on email required
All mail must contain a functioning return email address or other Internet-based mechanism, clearly and conspicuously displayed, that--
(A) a recipient may use to submit, in a manner specified in the message, a reply email message or other form of Internet-based communication requesting not to receive future commercial email messages from that sender at the email address where the message was received; and
(B) remains capable / active of receiving such messages or communications for no less than 30 days after the transmission of the original message.
(C) requests for removal must be honored within 5 days, preferable sooner, or instantaneously.
EPI International Inc. spam rule violations
EPI International Inc. will immediately terminate your account and suspend all future commissions for violating these Spam Policies. EPI International Inc. reserves the right to take legal action against any associate found violating this Spam Policy. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are terminated for violating the EPI International Inc. Spam Policy.
